Post-workout smoothie recipe: Sea Green Chlorella smoothie


Rosie Huntington-Whiteley swears by this tasty combination which is happen to be great as a post-workout snack. The smoothie provides you with 75% of your daily Vitamin C allowance, magnesium to relax and maintain bone and nail health.

Ingredients:

·      1 kiwi fruit, peeled
·      1 pear, cored
·      1 tsp chlorella powder
·      20g curly kale, chopped
·      90g chunk of cucumber
·      3g slice of ginger (optional)
·      200ml almond milk

Preparation:

Blend it all together in a blender until it becomes smooth. Make a banch for post-workout snack or have it for breakfast.
