What to do:

·      Purifyne Juice Cleanse and tell your friends about it!

What to eat:

·      Six meals a day: small portions up to 6 times a day – breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and final snack

·      Liver-cleansing foods: artichokes, ginger, garlic, dandelion leaves and grapefruit

·      Slow release carbohydrates: oats, brown rice, quinoa, millet, lentils and beans

·      Essential Fats prevent fat cells sticking together so are body-friendly:
