Smoothie for Him - Post-workout Sea Green Chlorella



The smoothie provides you with a 75% of your daily Vitamin C allowance, magnesium to relax and maintain bone and nail health. 

Ingredients:
• Kiwi fruit
• Pear
• Chlorella powder
• Curly kale, chopped
• Cucumber
• Ginger (optional)
• Almond milk

Preparation:
Blend it all together in a blender until it becomes smooth. Make a bunch for post-workout snack or have it for breakfast.
