By preparing yourself mentally (and physically, see below) for your
juice cleanse, you are helping yourself in ensuring that your juice cleanse
will be as successful as possible.
Do’s:

Work on your mindset: This aspect of cleansing is extremely
important, in some cases even more so than the physical preparation of your
body before your cleanse. Always remind yourself why
you are doing a juice cleanse and remember the saying: ‘Deal with your mind and the body
will follow’.

Focus on your goals: Always keep your goals in mind as it will help you during those weak
moments and cravings. Your mind may try to convince you to return to your old
habits and diet as it that is always the easier option. However, be strong and
try to persuade your mind otherwise!

Accept ups and downs: Accepting occasional ups and downs, which are completely normal during
a juice cleanse, will help you to stay the course and have the best
experience possible.

Healthy change is rewarding: Committing to improving your habits and lifestyle by actually taking
action can be a very challenging and sometimes scary undertaking for a lot of
us. Change is not always easy at first, but healthy positive change pays off in
ways most of us cannot even begin to imagine!
