Sleep well while on cleanse


Anyone who has ever completed a juice cleanse will tell you that one of the biggest benefit is incredibly restful and sound sleep. Eliminating the body from concentrated nutrients is highly hydrating. What is more, relieving your body of the burden of digesting solid food fosters deep restorative sleep.

Having said that if you are still having some trouble to sleep while on cleanse, try the following:

-      Finish the last juice two hours before bedtime as it allows your digestive tract proper rest
-      Have a relaxing body massage in the evening
-      Have a hot bath with some Epsom Bath Salt before going to bed: relaxes and provides with muscles pain relief
-      Have some hot Camomile tea and /or Almond milk with tiny amount of Manuka honey
