Cleanse tip of the day


Have some Almond milk on a cold day: High in antioxidants and alkalizing quality, Almond milk is one of the most nutritionally valuable milk substitutes available for detox purposes. The milk is also high in protein, vitamin E, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, selenium, iron, fibre, zinc and calcium. It is low in calories (only 40 calories per 250ml serving) / fat and free from lactose, gluten, casein and cholesterol, saturated fats. 

*Add a dash of Algave Nectar or Raw Honey can be added for taste.
