Benefits of Almond Milk

 
Ingredients: Almonds, Water, Cinnamon, Agave Nectar (or Raw Honey)
Benefits: High in antioxidants and alkalizing quality, Almond milk is one of the most nutritionally valuable milk substitutes available for detox purposes. The milk is also high in protein, vitamin E, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, selenium, iron, fibre, zinc and calcium. It is low in calories (only 40 calories per eight ounce serving)/ fat and free from lactose, gluten, casein and cholesterol, saturated fats.
