As one of our healthy recipe for your dinner option during Juices 'til Dinner Cleanse, you may choose to make this tasty Avocado Salad.
Ingredients:
- Avocado (1/2 big or 1 small) chopped medium (not too small) pieces
- Red Onion (1/3 of it) chopped into small pieces
- Cherry tomatoes (a few: 4-5) chopped into quarters
- 6 Pitted Black Olives chopped into small pieces
- Parsley (a few stings) chopped in tiny pieces
- 25gm Mixed Sprouts (e.g. Aconbury: alfalfa, sprouts, china rose, radish sprouts)
Seeds and nuts:
- Sprinkle of pumpkin or sunflower seeds
Sauces:
- Extra Virgin Oil (for taste)
- Turmeric (can be added for taste)
Preparation (5min): Chop, mix all the above and place into one bowl. Drop some seeds/nuts, sprouts and pour Olive Oil
